Prop firm gold EA

Pass gold challenges without breaking the rules

Gold EA Pulse was designed around prop firm risk rules. It measures daily loss and max drawdown the way most firms do, and closes all of its trades the moment your limit is reached.

How the limits are measured

  • Daily loss: equity compared with the day-start balance. Open losses count.
  • Max drawdown: measured from peak equity and kept after the terminal restarts.
  • On a hit: every EA trade is closed automatically.
  • Extra guards: max spread, max trade duration, daily close time and margin checks.
Check before you start: confirm that your firm's daily reset time matches your broker's server time, and read its current rules on third-party EAs. Rules differ between firms and change over time.

FAQ

Prop firm questions

Is Gold EA Pulse allowed at prop firms?

Most firms allow Expert Advisors that do not use prohibited strategies such as latency arbitrage, tick scalping or high-frequency trading. Gold EA Pulse uses none of these. Some firms limit how much capital can run the same third-party EA, so always check your firm's current rules.

What daily loss limit should I set?

Set the EA a little inside the firm's rule. For a 5% daily loss rule, use 4%. Make sure the firm's daily reset time matches your broker's server time.

What max drawdown should I set?

For a 10% maximum loss rule, set the EA's max equity drawdown to 8%. The EA measures drawdown from peak equity and remembers it after restarts.
